My Precious son born into this world thirty-nine years ago last September 2005
Please be patient and come back soon. I will eventually be adding poetry, photos, articles of interest and much more. My tasks may be a bit slow as I am working on this site as God ables me to bear it.
From wearing diapers To smoking cigars. From his favorite toy to driving a car. The years were swift when we once played. Now he is gone, he has been taken away. Too soon, he reaches his adulthood, Where once his little feet were a man stood. Quicker than thought is our fleeting time, Before life begins,it seems we have lived a lifetime.

2 Peter 3:8–9 reads:
‘But do not forget this one thing, dear friends: With the Lord a day is like a thousand years, and a thousand years are like a day. The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. He is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance.’
This site is dedicated to my firstborn son, whom went to be with our Lord and
Saivor, Jesus Christ, the God of Abraham,Isaac, and Jacob and all creations. November 27th, 2005. He had just turned thirty-nine years young in September. First I would like you to know that my son was a victim of a silent killer, often mistaken by physicians as heart burn or acid reflux.
Please read what I have to show you on this page and any others that may link you. For those that would like to donate in helping me pay for his funeral and burial expences, please contact either email address' below or go straight to the memorial fund arranged for him at "Metro Community Federal Credit Union, 215 18 th Street, 25703 Huntington West Virginia Telephone number 304-697-4652 care of Kendall Shields for William L. Whitmore Jr. Memorial Fund. Thank You
Billys son, and my GRANDson.
Have you ever thought of why your grandchildren are called GRANDchildren?

I wish that I could be there for you In all that you say and all that you do I know you are going through tough times right now, But I still want to help you out somehow.
Perhaps a few kind words may ease your grief.
However, you may feel sorrowful and incomplete.
Still, I will do whatever I can and give you my love with an outstretched hand.
Your legacy must be of both love and fear. That makes me hold you even more dear
No other grandparent or parent could be any prouder than I am of you
My precious precious grandson of eyes so blue.
There are no words to say how proud your dad would be.
Perhaps through my eyes, God will allow him to see.
I love you my son, I believe he can see.
All of the things, that were meant to be.

Heart Disease
The purpose of this article is about prevention. I only wish I knew more medically about my own sons’ silent killer than I myself knew. It is therefore in his loving memory that I am dedicating this article to him. It is a very serious matter. Unfortunately, to those who have a history of heart disease in there family, this is even a more serious problem. Please take this extremely seriously. If not for yourself for those innocent (May already be grown-up) eyes that you cherish so much. I truly wish I had known these symptoms.

Ischemic Heart Disease
Some of this material was barrowed from: http://www.webhealthcentre.com/ Ischemic heart disease is a prominent cause of chronic heart failure. Damage to the coronary arteries often goes unnoticed until there is major damage. Early diagnosis and treatment of ischemia can significantly reduce the likelihood of chronic heart failure. My son had a personal relationship with our Lord and Savor. I truly find it hard to believe that anyone else could have loved God more, including me. He was devoted to His love and thankful for His daily mercies. I no that out there somewhere there are a people that does not teach there is a Santa Clause or a Easter Bunny to there children and that world, and who also knows there is a heaven and a place of purgatory after we die. But I have yet to find one that wont hold to all these truths. I am thankful to God for television. Those who are disabled in some way or another, or there beliefs differ, can find some good teaching in there homes. I believe Matthew 6:7-13 should be a daily prayer for all Gods human creations.
Matthew 6: 9-12 but when ye pray, use not vain repetitions, as the heathen do: for they think that they shall be heard for their much speaking. 8. Be not ye therefore like unto them: for your Father knoweth what things, ye have need of, before ye ask him. 9. After this manner therefore pray ye:
Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. 10. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven. 11. Give us this day our daily bread. 12. And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors. 13. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen.

Introduction
Ischemic Heart Disease, otherwise known as Coronary Artery Disease, is a condition that affects the supply of blood to the heart. The blood vessels are narrowed or blocked due to the deposition of cholesterol plaques on their walls. This reduces the supply of oxygen and nutrients to the heart musculature, which is essential for proper functioning of the heart. This may eventually result in a portion of the heart being suddenly deprived of its blood supply leading to the death of that area of heart tissue, resulting in a heart attack. As the heart is the pump that supplies oxygenated blood to the various vital organs, any defect in the heart immediately affects the supply of oxygen to the vital organs like the brain, kidneys etc. This leads to the death of tissue within these organs and their eventual failure or death. Ischaemic Heart Disease is the most common cause of death in several countries around the world.
Cause and Pathogenesis
A multitude of factors is responsible for the development of Ischaemic Heart Disease. The major risk factors are smoking, diabetes mellitus and cholesterol levels. Those with Hypercholesterolemia (elevated blood levels of cholesterol) have a much higher tendency to develop the disease. There is also the theory that Hypertension is a risk factor in the development of Ischaemic Heart Disease, Genetic and hereditary factors may also be responsible for the disease. Males are more prone to Ischaemic Heart Disease. However, in post-menopausal women, the risk is almost similar to that of men. Stress is also thought to be a risk factor, though there has been a great deal of debate on this factor of late. The disease process occurs when an atheromatous plaque forms in the coronary vessels, leading to narrowing of the vessel walls and obstructing blood flow to the musculature of the heart. Complete blockage results in deficient oxygenation and nutrient supply to the heart tissues, leading to damage, death and necrosis of the tissue, which is known as Myocardial Infarction (heart attack).
Symptoms and Signs

Quite often, the first sign of Ischaemic Heart Disease may be the severe chest pain of Myocardial Infarction, which may be fatal. However, the warning symptoms occur in a large number of patients in the form of Angina Pectoris. The main symptom of Angina is pain over the central chest that may sometimes radiate down the left arm, to the jaw or to the back. The characteristic feature of the pain is that it is usually aggravated by exercise and relieved by rest, though variant forms may occur. The pain is also relieved by the use of nitrates kept under the tongue. The pain is usually described as a sense of compression or tightness in the middle of the chest, and may last for five to twenty minutes. The pain may be accompanied by sweating. The presence of anginal episodes is virtually diagnostic of Ischaemic Heart Disease.
Treatment and Prognosis
Drug therapy with Nitrates, which dilate the diseased coronary arteries, administered sub-lingually are very effective in relieving the pain in a few minutes. Drugs such as Isosorbide Dinitrate and Isosorbide Mononitrate belong to the category of Nitrates. These drugs are also used as a prophylactic to prevent the pain from occurring. Beta-blockers like Propranolol are also highly effective in relieving pain by reducing myocardial oxygen demand, mainly by decreasing the heart rate. Calcium channel antagonists produce vasodilatation and relieve the symptoms by reducing the excitability and conductivity of cardiac muscle and by reducing blood pressure. For patients with hypercholesterolemia, drugs may be used to lower cholesterol levels.

Surgical therapy is indicated when medical treatment has failed to relieve symptoms or when the Angiogram shows significant disease in the blood vessels. Coronary Angioplasty - dilating the blocked vessel by inflating a balloon inside the vessel and Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting (CABG) - replacing the blocked area of the vessel using a graft from the patient, may be done to relieve the blockage. The indications for bypass surgery are increasingly becoming limited. This is due to the growing realization that except in selected cases, bypass surgery only helps to improve the quality of life and relieve symptoms. It does not significantly increase life expectancy. The current trends are to focus on medical treatment and techniques like angioplasty. With proper treatment, most patients will be able to lead normal and healthy lives. Treatment also involves advice regarding regular exercise, avoiding smoking, diet control and life style modification. Good control of diabetesand hypertension significantly improves the outlook.
Prevention

Risk factors like a fatty diet, smoking, sedentary lifestyle and stress should be avoided, as they are the main areas of focus in prevention. Avoiding foods rich in saturated fats is vital to reduce lipid levels in the blood and to prevent arteriosclerosis. Adequate regular exercise is also essential. Diabetes Mellitus and hypertension should be kept under good control with proper treatment.
Good to Know! I have gathered this vital information for those I love, and those who are unaware that a simple thing can be masked, as a deadly disease, so you can help prevent a sudden tragedy of losing a son or daughter as I have. There loss is beyond human comprehensions. Please stay away from fatty foods and have your blood pressure checked often. I feel so guilty for having bought so many fat killing foods

Chronic Heart Failure Is on the Rise
Who is at Risk and Why? Risk generally increases with increasing age, and women are more likely than men to suffer heart failure after a heart attack. Ischemic heart disease is a prominent cause of chronic heart failure. Damage to the coronary arteries often goes unnoticed until there is major damage. Early diagnosis and treatment of ischemia can significantly reduce the likelihood of chronic heart failure. Hypertension (high blood pressure) often coexists with chronic heart failure, and can be a contributing factor in the development of heart failure. Early treatment and management of high blood pressure can be an important factor in preventing heart failure. Summary: Chronic heart failure is a complex disease with progression influenced by a variety of disorders including ischemic heart disease, high blood pressure, and diabetes.

No matter whom you are or what you have done No matter what the color of your skin Only Jesus Christ from God above can cleanse you from your sins. May Gods peace, Forgiveness, loving kindness and wonderful mercies be with you all. From the greedy to those in need, from the most to the least, may Gods mercies continue with us all

Forever and ever we will be,
With Jesus throughout eternity.
God has blessed me with a wonderful son . If he did anything on this earth that was right before Gods site. It was his adoration and love he had for Gods son. That at one point of time or another, he read or studied about God day and night. Death come suddenly and took my son. I felt, before his work was done. However, God knows what is best for us all. So He reached down and plucked my flower so tall. He knew just how much he loved his God. For he loved him so and feared His righteous rod.

He was ready to board on ole Zion’s ship. God called him home from his heavenly list. I believe he knew he was about to go. Before all of us, we did not no. Two days before God took him away. He told the Lord I am ready to go with a loud voice he joyfully proclaimed that day. God knew his heart and remembered him. The same man He had cleansed away his sins. He was a great loss to those who knew him . Even a greater loss for those who will never no him. He was my son, my first-born son. I have many wonderful memories of the things we shared and have done. No one or anything on earth can or will ever take his place . As the same would be, had I looked in the coffin at any of my children’s face. They are all individuals, and all are loved in there own manner. Each one in there own way as I loved and cherished the former.

If my tears could have created a tsunami, the world would no longer be here. If my heart could open the world, All things would drown from my tears. If my mind doesn’t stop thinking of him, I know that I’ll go insane. For these enormous, grievous burdens I bare, Is by far the worst kind of pain. Though I know he is resting in paradise where Jesus is before his sight. Because Jesus came unexpectedly on the old ship of Zion, for his last and final flight. However, I must ask you Lord, please ease these tears of a mother, who loved her son so dear. Let him know how much I miss him, and in my heart, he is always near. And thank you Precious Savoir divine For allowing me to have him, though you shortened his time. I know he would want you to use him, even now If by his passing, a soul is saved somehow. No greater tribute could such a mortal give, Should he turn to Jesus Christ and eternally live. May friend or foe, both near and far. To the poorest of poor to the drunkard in a bar. And the wealthiest of all to the least of the least. Only through our Lord and Savior, will you ever find true peace.

My Son

Through my sons death he shined so bright. And because of his love, I can find peace at night. Because of his faith, he never left Jesus and His assurance. And I am confident and assured of Gods love and endurance. That my son is at peace, and will suffer no more. For he has won the fight, and walked through heavens door. Only God and only God knew just how much He was loved. By a young man on earth who was hardly noticed or approved of.

He didn’t live his life according to mans rule In a world full of hypocritical professors of the faith and fools He was wiser than most But you would never here him boast He never owned a house, or had a fine car But if you needed a friend, you didn’t have to look far His heart was full of love, sympathy, and forgiveness Yet he dared to boast of his kindness He had two children he dearly loved That he was thankful for, from God above They were so much loved, and the biggest part of his life He had no longer a mother for them, nor had he a wife That never stopped him from filling his heart with so much love God always walked with him from His throne up above

He feared the Lord, and loved Him too Though many trials he fought, God always brought him through His favorite saying to me was, God knows what He is doing, and things will work for the better. No matter how tall the mountain is or how deep the valley or how stormy the sea, God is the master of all kinds of weather” With loving tears, I love you my son, always and forever Mother
My son has found the peace he ask God to take him to many years ago That peace that is beyond all understanding, as we know No mind can comprehend or imagine, what God has in store for us If only we will give our love to Jesus.

Two angels looked down on earth one day
As they watched the people so busy as they passed
the poor on there way.
Some were singing Christmas carols
But oh! It’s so sad, for it is Satan they herald The sight is so spectacular and hypnotic to the eye. And I think if it were possible Gods’ angels would cry Little children are so excited and dance round-about And hold to a Santa they think, they can’t live without Having great expectations of lots of toys for boys and girls While there are homeless, starving people All around the world I hear the many Christmas songs that for centuries the people hold so dear But the sounds of joy and music can't compare with the angelic choir up here. There are no words to describe the spirit filled heart That comes down from heaven and is solely set apart After all; love is more precious than the purest of gold. And God gives the free gift of love
To those deserving, weather there young or old Gods gifts does'nt come wrapped up In ribbons and bows But there in such an abundance That the heart overflows
Love and keep Gods holy days just for Him And don’t replace Him with a red suit filled with sin Don’t corrupt Him with glittering lights Or Santa’s that says Ho! Ho! Day and night For I can't count the blessings or the love God has for each of you. If only in your heart to Him you’ll be true So have a Merry Christmas and wipe away that tear. And remember, I am spending Christmas with Jesus Christ this year.....
I love you so much my precious firstborn
